1. What am I ordering?
3form products are polymer resin and glass material sold primarily in 4'x8' and 4'x10' sheets. We can cut and finish edges on site prior to delivery as well as providing additional fabrication including; bending, joining and etching. In addition to polymers and glass, 3form can provide total solutions with our comprehensive assortment of hardware systems.
2. What is the lead time?
The average manufacturing lead time is 2 weeks for standard products and 6 weeks for specialty products. Fabrication can add another 2 weeks to the lead time depending on the scope of the project and the level of complexity. Allow 1 week for shipment from Salt Lake City. We use Yellow Freight (800-610-6500) for delivery. Flat sheets are palletized, and heat-formed products are crated.
3. What are standard products?
Standard products are made using in stock materials with our standard processes. Examples include Chroma, Glass 100 Percent, Stone, Struttura, most Varia patterns and Hardware (except Frame and Rail).
Specialty products are made based on our standard processes but require a unique input, special handling/processing or custom sourcing. Examples include HighRes, custom color fossil leaves and four or more layers C3. Specialty products are manufactured with a four week lead time.
Custom products are made for a specific application and are considered one-of-a-kind. 3form has unique capabilities to make it possible to build such product. Lead times on custom products vary from project to project. Please contact your local sales representative for more information.

5. How do I know what to order?
3form can help with planning and product selection, but we are not responsible for plan take-offs. We work closely with specifiers to help develop total solutions and address any questions regarding product capabilities. Our project management department is set up geographically to better answer these project specific concerns. 6. How do I order a sample?
Samples are available online or by contacting your regional sales representative. Allow 1 week for delivery for regular samples and 10 days for custom samples.
7. What if my project is complex or requires detailed drawings not included by the specifier?
3form Architectural Services are available for mid to large sized projects upon request.
8. What are my expedite options?
Lead times listed below are for production and fabrication only and do not include shipping. Shipping dates are calculated from the receipt of a complete signed 3form project quotation and a 50% deposit.
